At Dane Valley we offer two main pork products: A premium range of dry cure back and streaky bacon, whole and sliced and prime quality traditional gammons and gammon steaks. Dry Cured Back Bacon

Our dry cure bacon “Bacon as it should be” is considered one of the best dry cured products available in the market.  Once customers have tried it they ask for it by name. We take great care in the curing process, hand-rubbing our bacon with a special blend of seasoning and spices and allowing it to cure for 7 days.

Before sending it off to our customers, we conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure that the bacon is 100% satisfactory to a high standards of quality and taste.

Cured Gammon

Dane Valley is renowned for it’s traditional sweet cured gammons. We also offer a range of  whole gammons, joints and horseshoe steaks.

Every batch of gammon is personally inspected to ensure that only the finest cuts are selected for our customers.

Our curing process is meticulous, ensuring that each piece of gammon is cured to perfection and packed full of flavour.
